A little shimmer a little gold, it's time of the year for you to flaunt and be bold! Do you still think twice before carrying a bling outfit? Please don't!
Anything styled with a little attitude and confidence will make heads turn. It's to passé to think what people think! If I lived with that notion I would never be able to step out of my house!

This winter I decided to take a small getaway with my friend to Goa! And me being me wore this outfit to the beach! 'Beach please' if you're thinking that it's way to bling for a perfect sundowner evening by the sand and sea. It's time to set aside the stereotypes and go with your gut. I'd suggest you try something new too!

The last two months of the year are filled with social events. And you better make use of all that glitter from your wardrobe! Because if not now then when? Be it concerts or Christmas, it's time you go dare to wear!

Myntra Fashion Weekend was an international shopping cum runway format -three-day extravaganza event, co-curated by Vogue India alongside Myntra and Flipkart for the first-time in India. It was held from October 3-5, 2014, at Palladium Hotel in Mumbai.The main mission of the Myntra Fashion Weekend was to give the Indian consumers a unique experience of shopping, runway, style and beauty.

This exclusive three day fest had stores that sold everything from clothing and home decor to accessories and confectionaries.

I spent most of my time at the Prop Shop24’s Pop up store.  I couldn’t get over their colourful quirky collection. They had a range of collection from mobile covers to green tea infusers to diaries, pendrives and much more.

Prop Shop24 is a one-stop shop for a handpicked selection of 'fun'tastic products from around the world.

On their website you'll find awesome gifts, fashion accessories, perennial party supplies and whimsical yet practical ‘Props’ for your home, workplace, bar and parties.

Highlights of Myntra Fashion Weekend:

Instead of  always following trends, we should also be loyal to the styles and colors that look best on us. After all, copying what is on the runways isn’t for everyone. Also the colors we choose to surround ourselves affect us more than we think. As a society, we associate colors with so many different things – they have meanings beyond simple visual stimulation. Ever since I was a little girl, my favourite party dresses were always white. If you guys rememeber I was sporting an all white outfit in my first blog post. I feel 'happy' when I wear white.White can make almost any outfit look light and fun or classy.

In this outfit post I am wearing Zehra’s  all white panel pants and top detailed with siver bokeh  with classic blue and pink lace finish work. I love how it naturally makes me look a little dressier than the usual jeans or skirt. Also it was so easy to pair this outfit with my statement neckpiece which I was eyeing to wear since so long but it always ended up giving a heavy look. I am so glad that it effortlessly blended so well with this outfit as accessories can make or break your look. So I hope you guys too try something different this season but make sure you add your personal style to it. Its that time of year where you need to get your Indian classics out of your wardrobe. The festival season has started and almost every week there is some traditional occasion or affair where you just cannot wear your daily basics. Personally I love sporting Indian outfits and I make sure that all my ensembles are pristine.  I always experiment and blend a personal style or add a twist to it. So I enjoy wearing it as much as I enjoy wearing my westerns.  I am really particular when it comes to choosing these pieces and usually design my outfits personally, which always consumes a lot of time. Recently I came across this newly launched brand called ‘Zehra’ by Disha Vaswani which is inspired by classic Indian fashion and focuses on creating exclusive, elegant and modest clothing for women. I browsed through their entire collection and there was one thing that I observed was- each and every piece is so different from each other and that’s what we all want. You don’t want someone to have the same piece as you, don’t you? Also each and every outfit has an Indian as well as western touch to it. In this post I am sporting Zehra’s elegant Turquoise Pakistani Kurta with cut-work details combined with Chanderi Palazzos. I paired them up with these oversized Gold Earrings and a gold clutch. Effortlessly stylish with the most comfortable fit is all we want, don’t we?
